Meeting Maker Calendar, To Do List and Address Book can be synced with your Palm or other PDA. The following steps worked for me in this process.
1.
Make sure the Palm Desktop software is installed on your desktop computer
that also has Meeting Maker. Also, note the version of Meeting Maker
being used.
2.
Download the Palm conduit software from this site:
ftp://ftp.meetingmaker.com/support/mm/
(currently we are using version 6.06, so go to the v606 subdirectory and download 606w32pl.exe)3. Run the program to expand the software. Run Setup.exe to install the Palm conduit software. During install you will be able to choose which of the three conduits (date book, to do and/or address book). Check the "readme.txt" file for additional information.
4.
Hotsync your Palm to your desktop. Check the log file on your Palm.
You may get errors. This could be due to password problems.
Check this page for help:

5. You will probably need to go to HotSync Manager, and select Custom. Then enter your correct login, password, Meeting Maker server (UCAR-MM6), and protocol (TCP). Try another HotSync. Sometimes this still doesn't work. Then you need to set your password to nothing (erase the password in both Meeting Maker on your desktop and in the HotSync Manager). Perform a HotSync. Then change your password back to what it was before in both places. Perform another HotSync.
6. There are some slight differences in the way the desktop software and the Palm software handle priorities and a few other details, but all-in-all in actually works quite well.
