Our group has compiled a number of stratospheric dynamical
and
constituent climatologies for community use. These
can all be accessed
via anonymous ftp at: acd.ucar.edu/user/randel
In terms of dynamics, we have monthly mean zonal mean
winds, temperatures,
heat, momentum and EP flux divergences, calculated from
NMC stratospheric
analyses. These are in the subdirectory /nmcdata
and the file reader.f will tell
you how to read them.
A climatological atlas of stratospheric circulation statistics
based on these
data are also available:
Global Atmospheric Circulation
Statistics: 1000-1 mb
NCAR Technical Note NCAR/TN-366+STR
(1992)
(please send me an email at randel@ucar.edu
if you would like a copy mailed to you.

A number of seasonally-varying constituent climatologies
have been derived
from UARS satellite measurements. These include
O3, CH4, H2O,
N2O, HNO3,
HCl, HF, ClO, NO2, and NO.
They can be found in the subdirectory /scdata
and the file reader.f will tell you how to read them.
Details of how these seasonal
cycles were constructed can be found in Randel
et al. (1998).
We have also developed a global ozone profile data set
for the period 1979-2005,
based on SAGE I/II satellite data, combined
with ozonesonde measurements
over both polar regions. look here
These and a number of other climatological data sets are
also available at the
SPARC Data Center
